I am a Prenatal & Postpartum Specialist and have worked with hundreds of women in person. I’ve seen so many different bodies and heard so many labor and delivery stories. Without my in person experience I wouldn’t be able to speak confidently on so many different struggles: back pain, posterior and anterior pelvic tilts, hip pain, tailbone pain, sciatica, deep core dysfunction, glute activation issues, cross syndrome, overactive or weak pelvic floor, prolapse and more.
I own two fitness studios in Denver with my husband and we specialize in pre and postnatal fitness, bride & groom programs and strength training for your age and gender. I’ve trained all of our coaches and 10+ pre/postnatal specialists. I am a modern, non-traditional mama to a brilliant, unique little boy who loves volcanos. His name is Asher. And dog mama to Cooper and Koda.
I specialize in women’s fitness and the functional core. I hype pregnant women up and teach them how to workout safely and effectively. And if you’re a mom already, I help introduce you to your new self. If you’re pregnant, I help you feel safe and empowered to workout.
